Illustrator Car Trace

The name of the car is Farfast because of copyright issues. The original car that I designed is a Lamborghini. The reason why I chose Lamborghini is because of design. The design of the car shows me how to do better design with simple things. The software that I use was Illustrator and the duration used for this work was 5 hours.

 

Process:

I used an Illustrator’s pen, gradient, shape, clipping mask and image trace to complete this design. I chose the small part of the car and traced it. I started headlights, fog light, grill, and windows, and then continued with hood and fender, door, etc.  

Final:

The image that I used for the background, I got it from Unsplash and traced the image with 16 colors. After I did the trace, I added the background to the illustrator and put them together in one layer, and this is the final result.
